Shipping Policy

We wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that we are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of orders, which has unfortunately resulted in delays in processing and shipping some of our products.

PROCESSING TIME

We strive to process all orders promptly. All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIME

Standard Shipping: Our standard delivery time is usually estimated to be 4-6 working days.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is FREE to the Worldwide unless you want to skip the line to have your order processed in priority and you can pay an extra £3.95.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER

Upon delivery, we advise you to thoroughly inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete. If you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign the delivery receipt as “Damaged” and promptly contact us on the same day of delivery.

MISSING SHIPMENTS:

On rare occasions, packages get lost in transit by the Shipping Courier or Postal Service. 

In this case, assuming the delivery information is correct, the customer will be fully refunded to the original method of payment after confirming with the customer and shipping courier or postal service. Alternatively, upon the customer's request, we can send out a replacement package free of charge.

In exceptional cases, If the shipment is delivered and confirmed with proofs by the shipping company or post service, a dispute will be opened where proofs will be submitted by both parties. 

WHERE/HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER? 

You can track your order on our "Track Your Order" page. 

Please do not panic if your items do not arrive immediately because they're most certainly on their way and you can always track them by visiting Track Your Order page or emailing our support who will do their best to answer within 24 hours. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you wish to cancel, please send us an email at support@shopfairdeal.com or call +44 744 1904208 within 2 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We will process all refunds within 7 business days.
Please note that it's impossible to cancel an order once it's been shipped, to prevent customer fraud where someone gets to keep both the product and the money.
If you wish to cancel your order once it's been shipped, you'll need to wait to receive it and then send it back to us for a refund. We do not refund shipping costs in this case.
