It all came down, well packed. Excellent wax melt for home use. Small volume of the bowl-so I was looking. Heats the wax quite quickly and evenly. The only one is the scale in Fahrenheit, each time I count in Celsius. As a gift wooden spatulas of two types and a set of waxes. So far I have used only honey (yellow) Wax, I do not really like it-it is more for thin hair
